Semi-automatic frying pan which provides for the purification of the fumes and odors of the frying vapors prior to the expulsion thereof to the outside. In addition to the elements which are necessary for frying, the semi-automatic frying pan is provided with a condenser (5) wherein is arranged a stainless steel coil (10) which is connected at its lower part to a collector (8) for collecting the water and the frying oils and which is itself connected to a residual liquid outlet tube (9) which terminates into a container (11) or any other means for collecting said residual liquids; dry air from the condenser (5) goes through carbon filters (12) prior to their expulsion to the outside through grids (14).
