MAIL SERVER, MAIL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, MAIL MANAGEMENT METHOD, AND RECORDING MEDIUM

The mail transmitted and received by individual users registered in a mail management server is associated with the registered users to provide mail in response to requests from the users. To prevent unauthorized access to mail, mail is provided after registered users' passwords have been authenticated. If identical messages arrive in mail, at least one of them is deleted to efficiently store mail using less storage space.
