<p>An extramural cooking control system including a computer for cooking a variety of foods and providing them to patients in hospitals correctly even when orders made by multiple hospitals are accepted. A dietary recipe of each patient made in accordance with the order from hospitals (12) is registered in a dietary recipe master file (218). A dietary recipe on the designated date and time when the patient drinks/eats is picked up from the dietary recipe master file (218), and drinking/eating data (ET2) is created. From the drinking/eating data (ET2), pre-processing directions (46) for the same pre-processing are printed (S328), cooking directions (56) for the same cooking are printed (S344), dish-up directions (60) are printed (S362), and delivery directions (66) for delivery of foods to each hospital are printed (S368).</p> |
