<p>A system and method in which developing or supporting institutions provide courses to be offered by offering institutions by providing the course content to instructors and students, via a network such as the internet or by other means, and assigning at least one mentor to provide support to the instructors and offering institutions, in offering the courses to students. The support provided by the mentors, via a network such as the internet or via other communication devices, comprises training instructors to teach the courses, certifying instructors to teach the courses, monitoring student performance, monitoring instructor performance, and responding to inquiries about the courses and the system software of the developing or supporting institutions.</p> |
