The present invention relates to peptide derivatives used to measure enzyme activities in homogenous reaction solutions by means of signals that are as direct and continuous as possible. Said invention also relates to kits, a method used to determine enzyme activities and to identify enzyme inhibitors or activators, and a method for selecting and using said peptide derivatives.
