The moving disk (5) is provided with slit tracks (31) for detecting position having the slits for detecting position, slit tracks (33) for detecting magnetic pole of motor, and slit tracks (32) for detecting origin having slits for detecting position of origin and the magnetic sensors (1) respectively provided with the bias magnets (2) are provided at the positions of the slit tracks.
