The method involves at least one transmitter/receiver detecting the quality of communications processes on each of several channels on which it communicates. The detected quality is compared with a predefined threshold value for a series of channels until a channel does not meet the threshold value. The identified channel is removed from the available channels and replaced with an unused channel to maintain an adequate series of capable channels. An Independent claim is also included for a method of digital data communications over a wireless communications connection.
