The inductive transformer, with integrated systems for simultaneous transmission of data and/or energy, has 2 transformer coils (1,2), each provided with a core (3,4), with the coils displaced relative to one another and the magnetic field between the transformer coils measured for determining their relative position, e.g. using a sensor (6) in the air-gap between the cores.
