The condensation clothes dryer consists of a heat pump and a closed air circuit process that proceeds from a dryer drum and returns to it via an evaporator, blower and a condenser. An auxiliary resistance heater is installed in a flow heater between the compressor and the condenser. The auxiliary resistance heater comprises one or more PTC resistors (PTC1-4) that heat the coolant for the heat pump circuit condenser. The PTC resistors are series connected to one or more NTC resistors (NTC1, NTC2). These limit the current with their cold resistance, and the PTC resistors determine the maximum current of the auxiliary resistance heater with their hot resistance.
