A dispensing container (30) includes a bottle (32) having an interior volume (66) for containing fluid, and has at least one sidewall (58), a bottom portion (72) with a substantially conical interior surface projecting away from the sidewall, and a top opening (64) in communication with the interior volume. The dispensing container further includes a pump apparatus (38) connected to the top opening, and adapted for drawing a quantity of fluid from an area proximate the lowest depth of the substantially conical interior surface of the bottom portion, and dispensing the fluid from an orifice of the pump assembly.
