The invention relates to improvements to microcontainers. According to said improvements, the axial retention means of the stop body are disposed in the seat thereof, consisting of the mechanical interference between said retention body and the seat area in the intermediate narrowing of the microcontainer, which extend to limited areas on the periphery of the retention body with the purpose of freeing gaps intended for the passage of the sample by centrifugation from the mouth in the inlet of the microcontainer to the cylindrical or tubular body containing the reactant.
