An analyzing device comprising a porous pieces assembly consisting of a liquid material charging porous piece (1), a marking matter holding piece (2), a test piece (3) (including a detection part (4), reference part (5)), and an absorbing porous material piece (6), and a sample charging porous material piece (7) disposed via partly a connection unit and independently of the assembly, the device being very highly sensitive and capable of various accurate analyses.
