<p>An information terminal device is provided which automatically selects one of a plurality of power supply paths according to the circumstances. A telephone which transmits and receives information through a telephone circuit comprises a rechargeable battery for supplying power supply voltage to a telephone circuit, a charger for charging a rechargeable battery, and a connector for connecting an interface cable having a power supply line for applying voltage to the telephone circuit. The telephone is supplied with power through the charger or the interface cable so as to minimize battery consumption.</p> |
