<p>Syrup-containing compositions which contain α-D-glucopyranoside-1,1-mannitol (GMP), α-D-glucopyranoside-1,6-sorbitol (GPS-6) and a small amount of α-D-glucopyranoside-1,1-sorbitol (GPS-1). These syrup-containing compositions can be obtained as scale-type crystals obtained by mixing a solid composition or an aqueous solution containing 50 to 80% by weight of GPM, 1 to 50% by weight of GPS-6 and 0.01 to 20% by weight of GPS-1 with a hydrophilic solvent, separating the solid matters from the liquid and then eliminating moisture and the solvent from the solid matters.</p> |
