In an electrical device with a layer containing polymer(s) influencing the electrical properties of the device, the polymer contains molecular organic semiconductor(s). n an electrical device with a layer containing polymer(s) influencing the electrical properties of the device, the polymer contains molecular organic semiconductor(s), at least one of which contains polymerizable group(s) through which it is polymerized to the polymer. An independent claim is also included for the production of the device by: (i) providing an electrical conductor; (ii) modifying a molecular organic semiconductor (I) with polymerizable groups; and (iii) electropolymerization of (I) on the conductor.
