The invention relates to a real time modular switching system for both production and backup electronic communication devices that is intended for centers that require uninterrupted operation services owing to their critical nature. Said system makes it possible to make changes in topology in case of an emergency or simply for conducting tests to include new services or products in a very short time period. The system consists of input/output line (LE)/(LS) interfaces, control bus (BC), switched power source (FAC) and integrated control and monitoring microprocessor system (M), in addition to external control programs.
