<p>A sensor device (2) of a data acquisition device is controlled by a memory controller (25) to write data output from a sensing circuit (24) in a nonvolatile memory (22) as reference data under a predetermined circumstance and transmit the output data from the sensing circuit and the reference data from the nonvolatile memory under a measuring circumstance.
