The aim of the invention is to improve an automatization system used for producing and operating industrial installations (22 to 25), and especially for designing, planning, implementing, commissioning, maintaining and optimizing individual installation components or complete installations in primary industry, in such a way as to achieve simple and economical remote process control and optimization. Automatization systems of this type have a computer-based control system (10) which refers back to process models in the form of mathematical-physical models (1), neuronal network models (2a, 2b) or knowledge-based systems for an automatic control process. The invention provides a decentralized process control and optimization system using one or several interlinked control centers (8, 14, 20) and exploits modern, public means of communication (15) to continuously monitor process changes on-line or off-line, or at least carry out checks according to the model. The process models (1), parameters and software can be adapted to the specific installation. |
