PURPOSE: A bottom sole of shoe including sports shoe, leather shoe, etc. is provided to absorb impact to the shoe and to increase propulsion force allowing a walker to go forward by comprising specific structure of the sole. CONSTITUTION: The shoe comprises a base piece, that is, a bottom sole(7); a heel body(1) having surface plate and bottom plate, and a number of ribs between the plates at equal intervals to form an empty space(6); waist part bent forward in the middle portion of the ribs in order to disperse weight load applied to the body(1) and to lean the foot forward. The bottom sole(7) is partially entered a compression part(5) to absorb the impact applied to the plate. The body(1) may be prepared by elastic synthetic resin material.
