<p>An objective lens comprising two or three lenses in which at least one of the lenses has a rotationally symmetric aspherical face and the aberration performance to two lights having different wavelengths μ1,μ2 (μ1≤1000 nm, μ2≤1000 nm,μ1<μ2) separated by 100 nm or more is 70 mμ (rms) or less. Thus an objective lens exhibiting a good aberration performance to two lights having different wavelengths and suppressing the aberration even if the spectral distribution of light on the short wavelength side has a wide width can thereby be provided.</p> |
