Procedure for obtaining Olea Europea extracts from Olea Europea leaves dried at less than 35 DEG C with alkanols at a low temperature and extract purification. New pharmacological applications of Olea Europea extracts as an agent reinforcing cellular immunity and delayed hypersensitivity in healthy humans, activating and proliferating T-lymphocytes, Natural Killer cells, monocytes and granulocytes, and pro-inflammatory cytokins.
