Galvanically deposited metal layers (16,17) of predetermined thickness are progressively built up on an electrically conducting substrate (2). Each metal layer is created within specific areas of a polymer layer, each of which is applied to the one below after completing metal layer deposition. An Independent claim is made for a equipment for manufacturing a three-dimensional metal component including a coating unit for applying polymer layers (4) onto a substrate (2); a laser unit for selective removal of the polymer layers and a galvanizing unit (11) for metallic coating of the polymer free-areas. |
