PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a gene aggregate which is most expressed in human mature/ activated dendritic cells, a cDNA group, a new gene group contained in this gene group and an oligonucleotide aggregate for specifying these genes and cDNAs. SOLUTION: The human mature/activated dendritic cell expression gene group is a gene group comprising 100 genes which is most expressed in human mature/activated dendritic cells and the cDNA of each genes features respectively including a base sequence of sequence numbers 1-100 (see specification) successively to the base sequence 5'-CATG-3' most close to poly A domain. The expression gene group, the cDNA group of this gene group, the new gene group contained in this gene group and the oligonucleotide for specifying these genes and cDNAs are obtained.
