PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject tool satisfying such conditions that the hand or the hand wrapped with a glove-like article is prevented from directly contacting with an affected part of atopic dermatitis, when preventing contact with an affected part through binding, the bound part is made to a minimum so as to give less stress to an infant armed with the tool, and a binding tool has an easily detachable structure since it is supposed that the binding tool is kept worn for a long time if it is troublesome to putting the tool on and off. SOLUTION: This scratch-preventing tool has such a construction as to bind only the arm and elbow of an infant, control stress to a minimum and prevent scratching; wherein fastener tapes are used as detachable means 4 and 5 to make putting the tool on and off easy and adjust and fix the tool in compliance with the shape of the arm and elbow, the wrist is fixed thereto through tied up with a string 1 so as to prevent slip, a material with less irritation to the skin is used for a patient with atopic disease, and the tool is washable taking hygiene into consideration. |
