PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic accident notifying device for a two wheeler capable of positively detecting an occurrence of an accident with a simple structure and without using an acceleration sensor. SOLUTION: This automatic accident notifying device for a two wheeler is provided with an accident detecting part 3 detecting an occurrence of an accident of one's vehicle, and an accident notifying part 7 notifying predetermined accident information to outside when an occurrence of an accident is detected by the accident detecting part 3. The accident detecting part 3 includes a tilt sensor 2 detecting a tilt angle of the vehicle, and an accident determining part 340 determining that an accident has occurred when the tilt angle of the vehicle detected by the tilt sensor 2 continues to be a predetermined angle or more for a predetermined time or more.
