PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a half-cut of an accurate cutting depth without producing chips in forming the half-cut. SOLUTION: This device for forming the folding and unsealing half-cut 3 on a lid part 4 composed of a hard plastic web of a wrapping body 5, comprises a cutting blade 35 having a desired length, a base 34 for fixing and holding a knife-edge 35 of the cutting blade 35 in a projected state by a blade height corresponding to the half cut depth, a web conveying means for intermittently conveying the hard plastic web 7 forming the lid part 4 in the longitudinal direction of the cutting blade 35 along the base 34, a pressing roller 36 having an axis perpendicular to the cutting blade 35 and closely kept into contact with a face at a side opposite to the cutting blade 35, of the web to rotate the web, and a roller moving means 37 for moving the pressing roller over a predetermined distance in a state that it is closely kept into contact with the web 7. |
