PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radioactive medicine enabling imaging of tumor part, determination of therapeutic effect thereof or treatment by radiation by being labeled with a nuclide having half life enough to supply to open markets and taken into a cell having high proliferation ability and formed into monophosphate with intracellular TK-1. SOLUTION: This radioactive nucleoside compound is represented by a general formula (I) [wherein R1 represents fluorine atom, an amino group or hydroxyl group; R2 represents hydrogen atom or an alkyne group; X* represents radioactive halogen atom, with the proviso that when R1 is hydroxyl group, R2 is not hydrogen atom]. This medicine such as radioactive image diagnostic or radioactive therapeutic agent comprises the above radioactive nucleoside compound.
