PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for laminating a film for repairing capable of repairing a damaged part of a resin film of an inner surface of a pail can in a high quality with a compact facility constitution, the pail can, and an apparatus for repairing an inner surface resin film of the can. SOLUTION: A film 25 for repairing is manufactured form an original film 251 via a cylindrical member 512 and the film for repairing is laminated on a damaged area 23 heated to a temporarily adhering temperature by a sampling laminating member 521 provided in the member. Thus, the apparatus constitution can be simplified. After the film for repairing is laminated, a resin film for repairing and an inner surface resin film 21 of the can are heated at a primary adhering temperature, and hence the damaged inner surface resin film and the resin film for repairing are melted and adhered. Accordingly, the stable repairing of a high quality can be conducted at a low cost, and hence the repaired pail can can be provided.
