PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sheet to be a material for bedding and a waist belt for warming a local part of the body, stimulating and massaging the local part to improve a blood circulation, preventing and eliminating shoulder stiffness and lower back pain by making use of specific electric properties of tourmaline and a useful action based on the properties and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: This method for forming a sheet to be a material to be attached to bedding and a waist belt is characterized in that a tourmaline ore is made into fine powder, kneaded with a high-pressure polyethylene resin to form resin molded pellets (1), which are uniformly dispersed and packed into a sheet obtained by integrally sewing a nylon mesh cloth (2) on the surface and a cotton cloth (3) on the back and, in order to prevent a deviation, yarns (4) are dividedly sewed to the sheet in a line state or in a lattice-like state.
