PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spoon which can easily re-seal an unsealed portion of a container after the container is unsealed when the container is repeatedly used, and easily maintain the sealed condition. SOLUTION: This spoon 1" comprises a handle 4 and a storage part 2, and a holding locking part comprising a returned part 8 continuous to the handle 4 is provided thereon. An unsealed gusset bag 9 is folded, and a folded portion 10 is locked by the returned part 8 of the spoon 1" as a re-sealing maintaining means, realizing the unsealing of the bag. Since the returned part 8 is provided on the opposite side to the recessed storage part 2 at the handle 4, the unsealed gusset bag 9 can be re-sealed by folding the unsealed gusset bag 9, and locking the folded portion 10 by the returned part 8 without forming any space between the measuring cup 1" and the gusset bag 9.
