PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify structure, to facilitate manufacturing, to reduce costs, and to facilitate handling operation. SOLUTION: A mounting part 5 to the carrier basket 3 is formed in a base end of a band-like latching member 2, the mounting part 5 is mounted to a suitable place of the carrier basket 3, and a locking part 6 formed in a tip of the latching member 2 is provided so that it can detachably fit in and lock onto locking holes 7 or 12 provided in the carrier basket 3 or the latching member 2.
