PACKAGING METHOD USING PACKAGE BAG WITH SPOUT AND SEALING DEVICE USED IN THE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling method for filling a liquid material into a packaging bag with a spout through the spout and evacuate air remaining in the packaging bag with the spout. SOLUTION: A liquid (fourth process) is filled out and then compressed air is introduced into the bag 100 and the bag is turned into an expanded state or a swollen state. A spout mouth section 115 is cleaned (fifth process) and dried (sixth process) and air in the bag is substituted with inactive gas such as nitrogen. An inner sealing body 68 is partly welded on a mouth upper of the upper end section 117 (eight process) and by a press plate 81 to deaerate sufficiently the interior of the bag and then the inner sealing body is sealed perfectly (ninth process).
