PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire for improving high speed durability, vibrational ride comfortableness and maneuvering stability, simplifying a manufacturing process, improving productivity and reducing weight. SOLUTION: A belt layer 6 arranged outside a carcass layer 4 of a tread part 1 is composed of a rubber-nonwoven fabric complex 9 composed of a rubber layer 7 and a nonwoven fabric layer 8. A tensile elastic modulus per unit width of the belt layer 6 is set to 5 kN/mm or more. A tensile elastic modulus of nonwoven fabric of the nonwoven fabric layer 8 is set to 1 to 50 MPa. A Metsuke unit is set to 50 to 400 g/m2. The thickness is set to 0.1 to 3.5 mm.
