PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a print having excellent weather resistance without impairing a touch by using a base material having a low smoothness such as Japanese paper, a canvas or the like. SOLUTION: A printing recording medium comprises an ink acceptive layer 2 made of at least two layers on the base 1 in such a manner that a surface layer of the acceptive layer is constituted of a porous resin layer 3 having thermoplasticity, and a substrate layer 4 of its lower layer constituted of a porous layer made of a pigment. The surface provided with the layer 2 is printed with a water soluble ink, the thermoplastic porous resin layer 3 is heat treated, plasticized, and a transparent synthetic resin paint 6 is coated on the layer 2 to be made nonporous. Thus, an ink 5 for drawing a print content is held in the base 1 covered with the thermally plasticized ink acceptive layer, and a printed product such as a print painting or the like nonporous coated with the transparent synthetic resin paint layer on the ink acceptive layer is obtained.
