PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus in which specific information can be added onto a print image in order to facilitate tracking of a target printer upon occurrence of a crime. SOLUTION: The system for forming images, respectively, through a plurality of printers 300, 400, 500, 600 connected with a scanner 100 by means of a transmission medium 1000 through an image controller 2000 comprises means for grasping the imaging rate of the plurality of printers, means for grasping the transmission rate of the transmission medium between the image controller and each printer, and means for distributing the imaging quantity to each printer by distributing the processing depending on the imaging rate and transmission rate of each printer.
