PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the scratch resistance, heat resistance, cutting properties and transparency of a film or sheet comprising an ethylene/methyl methacrylate copolymer resin or an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer resin without damaging the high frequency welder processability originally possessed by the film or sheet. SOLUTION: Outer layers, each of which comprises a propylene type resin based on a mixed resin consisting of 20-80 wt.% of syndiotactic polypropylene and 80-20 wt.% of a propylene/ethylene/butene copolymer, are formed on both surfaces of an intermediate layer comprising an ethylenic resin based on a resin selected from an ethylene/(meth)acrylic acid copolymer resin and an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer resin. If at least one of EMMA and EVA is mixed with the resin of the outer layers in a specific ratio, the weld strength of a high frequency welder welded part is further enhanced and the transparency thereof is also enhanced.
