PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out adjustment of a sliding rod by more simple operation. SOLUTION: A spacer 17 wherein both ends are respectively allowed to abut against both sliding rods 6 and 6 is provided between sliding rods 6 and 6 in a guiding holder 5. A finger screw 22 capable of being pushed to a spacer 17 side by abutting against one side sliding rod 6 by threading operation is threaded with one end part of the guide holder 5. Besides, an inner edge of a holder 16 to be inserted with a gap wherein the other sliding rod 6 is inserted with a gap in the guide holder 5 is allowed to abut against a side face of the other sliding rod 6, and the sliding rods 6 and 6 are enabled to be simultaneously locked between the rod 6 and the inside edge of the hole 16 to be inserted with a gap by rotating operation of the finger screw 22.
