SOIL CONDITIONER AND/OR ORGANIC FERTILIZER AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for producing an easy-to-handle soil conditioner and/or organic fertilizer with slight bad odor, using coal ash as a waste, sewage sludge and sludge from a city water treatment. SOLUTION: The soil conditioner and/or organic fertilizer is obtained by mixing an in-furnace desulfurization type fluidized bed coal boiler ash with sewage sludge and sludge resulted from city water treatment followed by, as necessary, adding water to the mixture and then subjecting the resultant mixture to granulation.
