PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an organic phosphorus compound, without having problems in safety, sanitation and environment and capable of obtaining a high quality compound in a high yield. SOLUTION: This method for producing the organic phosphorus compound is provided by reacting an organic phosphorus compound shown by the general formula (2) with an allyl halide shown by the general formula (3) without a catalyst or in the presence of an acid catalyst to obtain the organic phosphorus compound shown by the general formula (1) (wherein, R1, R2 and R3 are the same or different and are each H, a lower alkyl, a cycloalkyl, an aryl or an aralkyl; and X is a halogen atom). |
