<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition for sliding members having low frictional coefficient and flexural rigidity in prescribed ranges and to provide an economically integrated molded product as an inclined pole base for magnetic tape guides, having small traveling resistance of the tape and excellent in traveling stability. SOLUTION: This resin composition is obtained by compounding an ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene capable of carrying out injection molding with 15 wt.% to 45 wt.% (based on the polyethylene) zinc oxide whisker as reinforcing filler and optionally 3 wt.% to 10 wt.% lubricating oil and has 0.17-0.22 frictional coefficient to a magnetic tape and 1,960 to 3,430 Mpa flexural modulus. The inclined pole base is formed by integrally carrying out injection molding of the inclined pole for traveling of magnetic tape and a base by using the above resin composition as a material.</p> |
