<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for removing dioxin capable of easily decomposing dioxin in not only daily necessities such as foods or clothes but also all materials containing dioxin in a short time. SOLUTION: A solid treating matter 70 containing dioxin is put in water containing hydroxyl ion (H3O2-) and hydronium ion (H3O+), and air (oxygen) is injected to the solid treating matter 70. The dioxin treating matter 70 is put in water followed by air injection, whereby dioxin can be easily decomposed in a short time. Since the dioxin can be decomposed in water, the dioxin can be removed from clothes or foods which are daily necessities without impairing them.</p> |
