PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyisocyanate composition which can give a flexible polyurethane foam excellent in vibration absorption and sitting comfort and suitable especially as automobile seat cushions produced by molding, and a production method for a flexible polyurethane foam using the composition. SOLUTION: This polyisocyanate composition contains an isocyanate- terminated prepolymer prepared by reacting an organic polyisocyanate (A1) with a modifier (A2) which is a polyoxyalkylene polyol having a nominal average functionality of 2 or higher, a number average mol.wt. of 3,000-10,000, a monool concentration lower than 25 mol%, and an oxypropylene content of 60 mass % or higher. The production method for a flexible polyurethane foam uses the composition.
