PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic operating oil injection changeover valve device leaving no hydraulic oil in channels in recovering the hydraulic oil and evacuating them for quickly and surely evacuating a master cylinder and a pipe system. SOLUTION: A channel to a low vacuum source 3 is communicated by opening only a valve unit 21 and closing other valve units 22, 23, and 24. Then, the valve unit 21 is provided in the farthest part from an opening 15 with a distance along the channel out of the channel 17 set to a reference, and the valve unit 23 opening/closing a channel to a pressure measuring instrument 5 and the valve unit 22 opening/closing a channel to a high vacuum source 4 are provided on the way of the channel 17 so that all the hydraulic oil left in linear holes 17a, 17b, and 17c comprising the channel 17 is recovered in cleaning (recovery of the hydraulic oil) by communicating the channels to the low vacuum source 3.
