PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active-energy-ray curable composition which, when applied to a substrate and dried, gives a tack-free film even in the uncured state. SOLUTION: A reaction product of an isocyanate compound having a melting point of 40 deg.C or higher with a (meth)acrylic compound which has a (meth) acryloyl group and is reactive with an isocyanate group, the product having a softening point of 40 deg.C or higher, is used as an active-energy-ray-curable component.
