PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for synthesizing the subject compound in high yield with a simple operation. SOLUTION: This method for producing a pyrrolotriazin-4-one compound is characterized by comprising an addition step wherein an aminopyrrole derivative of the general formula (1) is reacted with a reaction reagent of the general formula (2) to form an adduct of the general formula (3) and a cyclization step wherein the adduct thus formed is cyclized to obtain the objective pyrrolotriazin-4-one of the general formula (4).
