PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that a conventional envelope has disadvantages in safety, functionality and convenience and is less easily used because a blade such as a pair of scissors or a knife must be used in unsealing the envelope. SOLUTION: The envelope (2) can be unsealed along the perforation by finger tips by providing the perforation (1) in a required place of the envelope (2).
