PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To substantially lengthen a mooring rope in a shallow water depth and limited spreading region. SOLUTION: This mooring device 30 has a vertically long floating body 32. The floating body 32 is constituted of a hollow part 34 in an upper part and a weight part 36 in a lower part and floats in an upright state in the water. In the floating body 32, one end of a first mooring rope 38 is connected to the lower part and one end of a second mooring rope 40 is connected to the upper part. The other end side of the first mooring rope 38 is connected to a floating body 16. The other end of the second mooring rope 40 is connected to an anchor 14 installed at the bottom of the sea.
