PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a truck with a deck, capable of stably supporting a mast 2 of a deck part 4 on a transmission case 10 and changing the mast between rising attitude and tilting attitude. SOLUTION: The truck A comprises a travelling machine 1 having a front wheel 1a and a rear wheel 1b and the mast 2 having the truck 2a, changeable between rising attitude and tilting attitude, provided thereon. The mast 2 is rotatably supported on a mounting bracket 16 fixed so as to hold the transmission case 10 of the travelling machine 1 at both sides, via a supporting shaft 90, and the mast 2 is formed to be changeable and adjustable between rising attitude and tilting attitude by providing attitude changing mechanisms 9 on the mounting bracket 16 and the mast 2.
