PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a hologram effect by adjusting the content of moisture in a water soluble film and minimizing a change in the degree of vacuum at a vapor deposition device and thereby stabilizing a vapor deposition process, in the hydraulic transfer sheet. SOLUTION: This hydraulic transfer sheet comprises the water soluble film having a moisture content of 7% or lower, a transparent resin layer formed on the former and a vapor deposited metal layer formed on the transparent resin layer. In addition the transparent resin layer is embossed between the vapor deposited metal layer and the transparent resin layer.
