PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated sheet using a polypropylene resin foamed sheet, excellent in lightweight properties, bending rigidity, compression rigidity, thermal shaping properties and dimensional stability and capable of being made thin-walled and increased in an expansion ratio, and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: A reinforcing sheet is superposed on one surface of a foamable sheet consisting of a polypropylene resin having a long chain branch and a foaming agent to form a laminated sheet, and this laminated sheet is heated and foamed to integrally laminate the reinforcing sheet on one surface of the foamed sheet comprising the polypropylene resin having the long chain branch. The aspect ratio DZ/DXY of cells of the foamed sheet is 1.2 or more and the expansion ratio of the foamed sheet is 5-50 cm3/g.
